Tanvee Tomar qualified in 1997. She continued her career in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and completed her M.D in the same field. She moved into Family Medicine in 2004 and trained in Wales as a general practitioner.

She was a partner in a UK practice until moving to Guernsey in 2014. She has a particular interest in Women’s health and family planning and is certified to fit implants and coils.

She enjoys Yoga, is married to a psychiatrist and has 2 children and a dog.
