Dr Becky Mitchinson qualified from Guys and St Thomas in 2003 and worked in Hospital and Emergency medicine on the south coast, Australia, and New Zealand until 2007. She completed her GP training in 2010 and has worked as a GP in Winchester prior to her move to Guernsey in September 2021. She is interested in all parts of general practice and likes to take a holistic approach to patient care. She has a particular interest in Women’s health, including menopause and contraceptive health. She holds a diploma in reproductive and sexual health and undertakes implant and coil fitting. She also performs joint injections. She holds diplomas in Obstetrics and gynaecology and Child Health. Outside of work, she likes to spend time with her 2 young children. She enjoys swimming, cliff walks, and running (or plodding!!).
