Patient Survey 2018

The results of the latest patient survey have been received and the overall result has been extremely positive. The Healthcare Group would like to thank those patients who participated in the survey. A summary of the results is as follows:

There were many comments received from patients, all of which will be considered by the Healthcare Group. Examples of suggestions received which we will be looking into, are as below;

  1. Surgery facilities needs modernising – This is included in the Healthcare Group’s maintenance program, but will be reconsidered for potential earlier implementation than planned

  2. Saturday morning surgeries would be good – Surgeries are currently available at St Martin’s every Saturday morning

  3. Would be good to be able to book appointments online – Healthcare is currently considering the feasibility of this option

  4. Improved parking facilities – Healthcare will look into the possibility of alternatives

  5. Extended opening hours and lunchtime appointments – This is something which the Healthcare Group will also be considering in the future

We would encourage patients to continue to provide us with their comments and suggestions and there are Suggestion Boxes in all our reception areas for these to be posted. If you would like to have a reply please leave your details.
