Accounts Team

The accounts department is based at the Rohais Surgery and deals with all matters relating to the payment of your medical bills. The department is open from 8:00 am until 1:30 pm Monday to Friday and can be contacted by phoning 01481 716 993 or emailing accounts@healthcare.gg.

Primary care services in Guernsey are subject to fees and charges. A list of the current fees can be seen here. We strongly recommend patients to take out medical insurance to ease the burden of any unexpected financial outlay should you become ill. Further information about medical insurers is available at all our surgeries, and in the useful links section of this website.

We encourage patients to pay their fees at the time of the consultation as this helps to reduce administration. There is a £5 administration charge if payment for a consultation is not made on the same day.
